All stand alone "Pure" Dedicated servers are required to have on file a valid credit card. Stand alone dedicated servers are not billed using our automated software and will become due 10 days prior to original sign up date of each month. If the credit card is not active the server may be subject to suspension until the card is updated. All dedicated servers are billed 10 days prior to sign up date to ensure payment has been received. All dedicated servers are required to have a full 14 days prior to sign up date notice before cancellation. All dedicated servers must follow our terms of service. |
